Steven R. Spochart, Executive Director
Steve joined the Authority in February 2007 and serves as the executive director. Steve’s background consists of over 25 years financial and accounting experience with nonprofits, especially those receiving federal and state funding. Steve is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Authority, as well as being a liaison between the Authority, the county and the 50 municipalities in Somerset County for various infrastructure and/or redevelopment projects.
Patricia A. Adamczyk, Deputy Executive Director
Patty, the Deputy Executive Director, is responsible for various functions of the Authority. She handles communication between the Authority and engineers, contractors, homeowners and municipalities, as well as provides program support for the public works and rehab departments. Patty has worked for the Authority since May 1989.
Walter Walerysiak, Jr., Public Improvements Director
Wally is the Authority’s Public Improvements Director. He is responsible for oversight and management of the Authority’s public improvement projects (i.e. water, storm, sewer, sidewalks, streetscapes, etc.) Wally is also responsible for evaluating, researching and planning future projects that the Authority may undertake. Wally started with the Authority in January 1986.
