The Blough Waterline Extension Project consisted of 6,600 L.F. of new 8″ PVC waterline, approximately 1,800′ of new 6″ waterline serving approximately 53 customers. This also included stream crossings and railroad bores.
This project eliminated a non-compliant reservoir and system for the citizens of Blough.
